St. Patty's Day visit!
Quick one tonight , because the kid here's running quite a fever ( I'm pretty sure at this point that I have the first US case of the Avian Flu, probably from buffalo wings or the like).
I just wanted to drop y'all a line to let you know that I will be in CA from approx Mar 16-22. The primary reason for this excursion is an audition I have, followed closely by the sudden yen to spend St. Patty's at McCarthy's once more (before it quite probably changes it's locale) and a not so sudden yen to see family and friends in a weather system which doesn't require multiple layers of frost-repellant clothing.
So, let the planning begin. I expect to be thoroughly entertained for the duration of my visit. Prizes will be awarded based on creativity, technical merit, costuming and degree of difficulty.
I really need to stop watching Dancing With The Stars.
And now I'm off in search of fever reducers, cat food and adventure. Gotta love the life of a Big-City girl, eh?
