Tonight many of my friends will be attending my 12th Night performance and I can't tell you how excited I am for this. And afterwards - Karaoke! For those of you who know me, this is pretty close to a perfect evening for me. Plus - my birthday is on Tuesday - so it will be a great present to see you all there. Which brings me to:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMY!!!!
For those of you who don't know: Amy and I met in '96 in a production of Jesus Christ Superstar. We played kind of twin harlots, the two redheads in the show. And we were the only ones who got to play in the water of Herod's fountain (in sequined bikinis, mind you). She has since become a dear friend, one who always brightens my day. Let's make her birthday smashing, shall we?
And for those of you who haven't RSVP'd for this evenings festivities - no prob. Reservations aren't necessary. There is no assigned seating. So just show up 'bout 6:45pm at the site (directions: www.ccshakes.org), bring blankets and a jacket, food and drink (if you bring something good I'll sit in the audience with YOU when I have to hide there for a scene:)and laughter.
