i know when i have people over to my house, i have invited girls a few times, and it has always not been uncomfortable, but very relaxed. the thing thats more pressing is that girls are normally trying to do something else, so guys just get together to do poker, for we would prefer normally to go and chill with a mixture of both guys and girls, or at least most of the guys i know would. we have been trying to take steps to remove the segregation through certain events, such as skating or movie nights, and are trying to find more things to do. we've been trying to invite girls over to chill sometimes, and they couldnt. i remember one time at alex's we called around 10-11 girls, and only rachel could come, all either didnt want to, or had something preventing them. and that stress issue is just wrong because almost nobody would stay home on both friday or saturday night just doing homework, they want to be out with their friends having fun. i know nobody that wasnt out and doing something this last friday or saturday. and the parents thing wouldnt be and isnt an issue. aimee has one of the most constrictive parents, with a 4-1 or 3-1 guy-girl limit, yet she is the one hanging out with guys a lot of the time. and also, if the girls decided to actually hang out with the guys, the issue of girls hanging out with all guys would be a moot point.

ok so i have to put defense up now. the whole homework thing is not true......i would have stayed home this weekend and done homework all friday and saturday. the only reason i went out on friday was because i went to temple and then i had to do something because my dad was yelling at me which inclined me to go to the concert.....saturday was my last chance to hang out with everyone before my life is taken over. but u are wrong because i would have stayed home to do homework. and also look at our friends. i know i have said this before. but i mean if u look at us at school as well, rachel and i hang out with guys there too......that is going to reflect our weekend hangouts as well. and my parents are nto the most restrictive. i dont know, i think we are saying the same things over and over again but yea we just need to drop it and do what we can to change it but do not go at it in an offensive way like we have been
