This is a thing that i painted for a local restaurant. It started as just a ceiling tile. Then i made it awesome!
I painted a mixed media of the State Capitol Building.
(You'll note that at one point, the bird was curious at what was going on. She just flew to the tallest shelf and churupped down at me until i gave a solid five mins of head scritches.)
And these are pics from my last sorta vacation with Roomie, Mummie, and Sister.
You'll see the one with her head being swallowed by a shark? That's Roomie.
The tiiiiny short person in the Wonder Woman shirt? that's me.
the last two are the Sister and Mummie.
And here you'll find my more resent "professional" sewing projects. A lady at church needed a kimono.
She said "...and i know YOU will have one! You always have weird stuff like that."
And, while i didn't have my kimono anymore, i did still have several patterns to make one.
Really, is it THAT weird?
Ah, well. either way, i made a Kimono/Yukata/Running-out-of-fabric-for-the-sleeves-and-will-have-to-make-do outfit for the lady. And i do say, i kick ass. ^_^
(On top of my dress form- named Dolly- is Squidly. He and Dolly are best friends. Also, i may be spending too much time by myself.)
