the thing is, after reading this, i don't even write fic, but i actually had a few plot bunnies. I have NEVER had those before! I'm not a writer. I'm not even a speller.
Said plot bunny was mostly about a quietly smug Peter looking down on various bounty hunters/ escapee-hunting FBI agents who're all chasing after "Neal Caffrey". When they should be looking for "George", or "Alexander", or any other alias. No, not alias, persona.
Fools were wasting their time.
If Peter really wanted, he could find Neal with one, maybe two phone calls.
Peter scoffed.
Then he returned to the work waiting for him on his desk.
When Neal needed help, he'd ask. Peter was confident. and these new guys were just stupid.
