I've made a few more Natasha beads and I'm noticing that if I'm tired or not concentrating enough, it is really a pain to get the mirror images to match up. Having replaced my X-acto with a proper tissue blade, the cuts are more even, which helps.
Just turned the heel on my second grey sock, so that's coming along fairly well. I'll probably have enough yarn left over to make a 3rd sock, but who needs three socks? So, that goes in the leftover yarn bin and I guess I'll be making striped socks soon enough.
Been doing a little baking. Made some Banana Coconut Walnut muffins that turned out pretty well. I adapted a recipe in the King Arthur Flour Baking book to be vegan and then tinkered a bit with the add-ins.
Since you've gotten this far, mind answering a question? Imagine a very large park/nature preserve was created in your area. What sorts of programs would you go there to attend?
