Weekend Roundup...
...DH and I had a nice time during our childless state. :) We went out to eat and to a movie on Saturday (mid-afternoon, even, so we came home from that to just veg). We saw Skyfall, the first James Bond movie I've seen since Never Say Never, which I didn't like at all. This one was pretty good, though, and I enjoyed it.
...I got a lot done yesterday, though mostly Christmas stuff. Still, it feels good to get some things checked off the list.
...the kiddos, their auntie, and I went and saw Rise of the Guardians yesterday afternoon. We all really enjoyed it, and the kids have added it to their 'top five movies' list. :) It's definitely one of my favorite kids' movies too (right up there with Rio and Kung Fu Panda).
...today, I'm going on a field trip with E's class (and the entire 3rd grade, of course). It's outdoors, and it's chilly -- but E is so excited. :)
