Otter and I have been going on little adventures together to nearby national forests lately. My goal is to do a little drawering. His goal is something like this:
A couple weeks ago we went here:
On our way home we picked up a couple of angora bunnies. It's been about 2 years since my ornery old Penny passed away, and we could tell Cinnabun was feeling lonely after losing his 2 other buds to old age recently as well. So I went searching online and found a little bun who had been disqualified from showing and discounted in price and labeled "pet only" because he has one lop ear and I just knew he had to come home to live with me and my motley crew. I decided to call him Darby.
When we got to Darby's rabbitry, he was all cuddled up with his cellmate despite the heat and I just knew I had to take him home too. So I named him Mo' for "one mo' bunny" and I brought Darby and Mo' home down the 99 in my jeep with broken air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year and we all nearly died.
Darby and Mo' love their new digs and get along great with Cinnabun. I let them run around the front yard the other day and got some pictures of their adorableness and studiocat's terror.
I think Darby and Mo' and I will make many fine yards of yarn together.
