So the dorm room party actually went really well! We didnt get in any trouble, surprisingly, and I actually had a good time. At some points in the night I had the most friends there which felt good concidering my roomates make me feel like such a loser most of the time. We also had very yummy punch and egg nog so that was a good thing, haha.
Im currently writing the stupid paper that I've been putting off for like two weeks. Not a good idea. At least I'll have to turn it in tomorrow and it'll all be over with. Then I can actually enjoy the christmas season! It's weird, this christmas feels very different than any other I've experienced. I dont feel that festive, or excited for presents, or whatever. Im sure its partly 'cause I havent been home to help decorate, we havent really had time to watch christmas movies together, and we havent really even gone christmas shopping together yet.
Plus, all the drama going on in my family right now is just going to be escalated when everyone gets into town. Hopefully the aunt that we've been having legal issues with wont show up. If she has the balls to actually come here and completely ruin our christmas I will have no choice but to shoot her. My mom was so stressed out about it, she went and talked to the priest to see what she should do if my aunt said she was going to come, and after hearing the whole story, Father Buddy (yes, that is what he goes by, lol) said that it sounds like the family has been too nice to her concidering the crap that she's put us through, and somebody has to put their foot down. Im telling you we're all too nice, even the priest is telling us we need to be meaner.
Anyhoo, in concert news, I doubt I'll be able to go to those west coast Mraz shows, but it was fun thinking about it! I've spent way too much money on christmas presents. Well, enough procrastinating...back to that damn paper. :(
