Hello!
First off, you are all great. It's been a lot of fun seeing the comm grow and getting the messages in my inbox. ^___^ It really makes my day. Secondly, we have a new affiliate. The comm has just barely started (formed on Jan 8th) and focuses on Teen Titan fan fiction. So if that interests you, be sure to check out titanfanfics !
And finally the main point for this post. A friend of mine posted in her journal about a song that reminded her of Jason. After listening to it, I'm in agreement. But it got me thinking about music for characters. I love music and I love making "character playlists" to listen to (I also tend to make soundtracks for my NaNoWriMo). I, unfortunately, find my iTunes lacking in Robin related playlists. So I've come up with a fun way to fix that...
The Robin Fanmix Community Project!
Guidelines are pretty simple. Just comment on this journal with a song, or songs, that remind you of any of the Robins. The songs can be for one specific Robin or a group of them or whatever pairings or maybe it's a song about their relationship with Bruce. Pretty much as long as the song makes you think of a Robin, include it in the comments. Just make sure you include which Robin (or Robins) the song is for so I can add it to the appropriate section of the list. Optional: Include a few lines from the song and a short explanation as to why it reminds you of the character in question.
