Hey,
Been lurking for the last couple of weeks. I got into the entire Batclan less than a month ago, after pretty much shunning comic books for the first twenty and a half years of my life. Now I'm trying to read as much of the Batclan as I can, and ended up with some questions.

I also have some questions. I've been reading my way through all the Nightwing and Robin comics and while a lot of my questions ended up answered,
1. In Robin 131, Jack Drake is still alive. In the last of the War Games comics, Batman 633, it ends without any mention of Jack Drake's death. In Robin 132, Jack is dead and Dana is in a mental hospital. When did this happen?
2. What did Jack do for a living? I know that he ended up bankrupt when his investments tanked. But did he actually have a job, like Bruce does? Or did he just sit at home and invest? And after he lost nearly everything, did he get a job? Or was Dana the only one working?
3. Right before Jason's mother betrays him, he appears to her dressed as Robin and she ends up luring him to the Joker in costume. He obviously revealed himself to her, but didn't he also end up revealing himself to the Joker? The Joker is not stupid, and if he knew Jason's identity, he could put Bruce's together, right? Plus the fact that Batman and Robin were thousands of miles away from Gotham and travelling under their civilian names. So wouldn't the Joker know who Batman really is now?
4. I know that Jason appears for the first time after his death to Batman in "Hush". But he doesn't stay put. When is the next time they meet up? I read Batman Annual 25, which ends after Jason switches places with Clayface in Hush. So what happened to Jason after that? Or really, what series is it in, so I can read it?
5. After being rescued by Nightwing and...Chyenne in Nightwing 128 (I think...), does Jason appear again? Or has he just disappeared for the time being and no one knows what's going on with him?
6. Right now, Jason seems like a persona non grata in the Batfamily. But do you think there's a chance they'd ever let him in again? Like, if he were extremely injured, would they take him to the Cave and treat him? And just how much of a psychopath is he? He obviously doesn't care about killing people. But
7. Jason's legally dead, right? So who, besides the Batclan, knows that he's alive? I know the Titans do, after he attacked Tim in the Tower (btw, which series was that in? Titans v.3 or Young Justice?) But do any of the other heroes know? Do any civilians know?
8. I know that Nightwing and Huntress got together once. But I seem to recall hearing of a second time. When did that happen? It's not in any of the Nightwing comics, though perhaps it's in one of the others... I'm pretty open to who Dick gets paired with, so reading/seeing the various pairings interests me.
9. In Robin 132 onwards, when Tim and Cass are in Blüdhaven, where's Nightwing through all of this? I thought he had taken off for New York then, but that was all pre-Crisis, so it kind of confused me.
10. For some reason, I remember reading somewhere that Dick's parents were Catholic and his mother was pretty devout. And then a bit ago, I read in a Nightwing comic (I think...) that his parents weren't really religious. Um, does the Catholic thing have any base in the comics? Or have I read too much fan fic? (Always a possibility with me).
I know I'll come up with more questions, but these were the ones I remembered at the moment. Any help would be quite appreciated, as I'm still pretty new to the DCU. I also have a policy question- as long as it's accompanied by an image of some sort, is linking to fan fic allowed? I have done some fan art, but I'm not really a good artist- I'm writer. And I happen to be in a Robin kick.
Anyways, I was also wondering if you guys could rec me some of the comics that are out of the main series. I've got all the Nightwing ones, and all of the Robin series and Batman from 400 onwards. Also working on getting Gotham Knights completely and thinking about getting Detective Comics. Actually, that's another question- I'm trying to stick with reading from Jason or Tim's appearance onwards, because I don't have the time nor patience to read through near 70 years of comics. Any idea what issue in Detective Comics they start appearing in? And there are so many Batman comics out of the main series- can you guys recommend which ones I should read? I like Batman and all, but I really want the ones where Robin actually plays a role. Don't worry about if it's out of print or not, I 'have my ways'. Titles would just be very nice to have. Same with any DC comics, I guess, though I'm really more a Robin/Nightwing with Batclan mixed in clan.
Thanks for any help!
