I can't believe I didn't think to post any of my Robin-centric art here. I kinda forgot this community existed. >>;; Oops.
Well, down to business! First thing, before getting to my pics, I'm making a Jason Todd manifesto come June (only waiting for June since I want to be able to be up to date with any Battle for the Cowl info that may come up). So the question I pose to you guys is can you link me to any good Jason Todd fanart?
I'm having a whole section for fanfics, fanart, rp journals, ect, so if you can point me towards any, that'd be wonderful. (Also, if you know of any Jason Todd cosplays, point 'em my way since I'd love to add it to the manifesto as well as ask any Red Hood cosplayers how to make/find that helmet.)
Onto my art, I guess. I have quite a few Robin arts, so let's get to it!
First, we start with a Batman RIP piece I drew. Robins In Mourning. All four Robins mourning in their own way. They all look like they need hugs, badly. ;-;
Four Sleeping Robins drawn for my fic, Four Calling Birds.
Same as above, just colored with colored pencils when I got bored. I also made icons from it, which are here.
The next three, I've decided are going to be a series. Started with Jason then Dick, then Damian (who I'm not too fond of, so I have no idea why I drew 'cept BftC #1 kinda made me like him a little).
Here's Dick, in his younger Robin days, hence the curls I usually save for Jason when I draw Robins. He was such a happy Robin. *hugs*
Jason, first one I drew. <3 His grappling hook is a little off, but meh. Jason such cute, angry, pouty Robin. *gives him more hugs than Dick because he needs them, <<;;*
And here's Damian. I'm not too fond of him or this pic (and I may re-do this later, after I make one for Tim and Steph). He might grow on me though... :/
This one's a FFVII/DCU crossover. Zack Fair from Final Fantasy VII swapping costumes with Nightwing.
Now for two works in progress:
This is going to be a portrait of the original, founding Teen Titans. Aqualad and Kid Flash wandered off, for now. >>;; Actually, for a long time there was only half a Robin because I had not idea what to do with Dick's legs. @_@;; I blame the short pants for that.
This one is the start of an art collab. between me and my friend M-chan (I'll post some of her art later, if anyone wants me to, since her art is better than mine and has Dick/Roy, which I'm sadly lacking). I draw the even Robins, and she got the odd (Dick, Tim, and Damian are pretty odd *is shot for the bad pun*). It's supposed to be finished for March 20th, Dick's B-day, but I'm not so sure it will be...
