This is why I want OUT. There are many things I love about my native land. Being a despised minority because I can speak three languages, perform algebra without resorting to a calculator, or spell "bureaucracy" without a dictionary is not among them.

Just to be clear, that was a deliberately modest list of intellectual achievements. The French academy would never stoop to allow me within its orbit.

Not least because French is not one my languages.
