Installment Seventy-Four
Previous Installments (In Reverse Order) Still hiding behind a garage across the street, you wait to see what Dom does next.
He stands on his porch, watching the police officers drive off. Dom paces, checking his watch. After some time has passed, he springs into action, dashing out to the tool shed behind his house. He comes back with a garden hose and hooks it up to a pipe by the side of his house. He opens the back of his van, pulls out everything inside it, and begins to wash the van down.
You check Dom’s phone to see if it has a camera function. It does. You do your best to capture a shot of him cleaning out the van. Without a zoom function, you capture a blurry, distant image of his evidence-cleaning activities.
Now what do you do?
Under the hood
nce again the group mind established its preference for risk-averse information gathering, with 49% voting to wait for Dom’s next move. 19% wanted to approach the cops about the blood in the van; 15%, to goad Dom into doing something stupid, and 12%, to head back to Pierce’s. Only 5% voted to make a run for the van which would attract the police to follow.
