Today would have been my mom's 78th birthday. She died about 13 years ago. Tonight my dear cubs will come over & we will eat Chinese food (because Mom liked Chinese food) and maybe watch a movie, it depends.

My grandmother died Sunday. It wasn't unexpected, she celebrated her 100th birthday in December. She had been in the hospital in October for pneumonia and she decided at that time she did not want any heroics or any other visits to the hospital.
