i had a pop review today...akin to a popquiz. it went
well. my boss took into consideration the fact that i
was freakin' insane for awhile and was totally cool.

she said that she wants me to feel comfortable taking
personal time when i need it, and that if it helps,
she's available to talk when i need it.

huh.

file this in the "will wonders never cease" folder.

at any rate, she apologized for the sad sorry sad
pitiful (did i mention pitiful?) raise. they are all
that sad this year...she made sure i knew that it
wasn't a performance issue.
