I'm figuring out what I want to do with my rpg campaigns now that I'm back on the mainland. Haven't settled on the plan yet, but I did bundle quotes and incidents from the Fey Team D&D campaign to compose a hypothetical five-track playlist. 4e D&D knowledge aids enjoyment of this would-be tracklist from Prone in the Tree, the Fey Team Players' country-themed EP.
Prone in the Tree
1) I'm 42 Hit Points You Don't Have to Lose (The Swordmage Song)*
2) Daddy was a Feysteppin' Man**
3) Somebody Else Went and Opened those Gates of Battle (The Monk's Lament)
4) I Only Hit You When You're Dominated
And finally....
5) The 'You Done Started Encounter Two when Encounter One Wasn't Through' TPK Rag
*Back in 3e, the same player sang this song as The Monk Song. The song seems to work for all his characters, especially when he persists in using his flawed 1-rolling d20 named Old Yeller.
**'Feystepper' is the human term for a member of a non-fey race who prefers romantic involvements with fey.
