as it's been a while since my last proper post. Well, things are going well on the rehearsal front, although still Amanda rarely if ever turns up. I'm beginning to think she's actually staying away because she has an aversion to the "bed" scene she has with Paolo. But if that's the case, why not just tell us now so we can seach around for someone else to take the part! Anyway, I've just about got my lines learned, so will be able to concentrate on practising the physical comedy the part requires. And Tiffany is brilliant, just brilliant, as Valerie.
Work still the same, lots of proofreading and editing, the odd report writing.
Things I've watched: Well, there's not much on the telly at the moment, though I'm tempted to get going on "Buffy" again, from he start. I did pick up on DVD the 1975 film "Royal Flash", which I've been dying to see for years - the only film version of the Flashman novels, an action comedy starring Malcolm McDowell (now of "Heroes"!!!) and a load of other UK stars (including early appearances by Bob Hoskins and David Jason). A real treat, and there's a really entertaining Malcolm McDowell commentary too.
