£169,000 is not too bad, and I might have been tempted myself. Though the one bedroomed apartments don't come with a parking space, and the spaces are so expensive separately that it's apparently more economical to buy a two bedroomed apartment - and for that you're looking at over £200,000.
Still, I suppose, not bad compared to London.

And watching as David Tennant gives a sonic screwdriver present to your completely overwhelmed six year old daughter.
