Today is my due date and I am only 2 cm dialated and no effacted. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the process going. I know that when he is ready to be here he will get things going but I just want to get some ideas I have been walking like crazy hoping that would work get contracting, but just a few here and there. well I am open to any suggestions.
