Day 13 and 14 Art for artifest daily art in October
artifest is the new group taking the place of artsomofo - same challenge but lots easier for members to post. Just posting here as a guide for artists who want to participate. You can join any time during the month, just try to draw, paint, photo or collage etc. make a daily image from now through October 31st.
Here's my art from today and yesterday. I may still do more today but if I don't, this does count as daily art!
Potrero Street View - Progress 2 is one of six Unfinished Pieces that I need to show the San Francisco Arts Commission Screening Committee on the 27th to prove that yes, I'm the artist who created all my works. Progress 1 is a little life sketch I did after last month's doctor visit when I waited at this corner for my ride. 9" x 12" marked up for 8" x 10" picture area, graphite on orange Canson Mi-Tientes.
Yesterday's art: - Golden Gate Bridge VI, Carb-Othello pastel pencils on light blue Canson Mi-Tientes pastel paper. 8" x 10".
