View From Bed

Winsor & Newton Artist Field Box watercolor on Moleskine watercolor journal, full page 5" x 8". This is the view out the upper pane of the window I face when I wake up. Most mornings in spring and winter when I can't move yet, I spend half an hour to a couple of hours looking out at that odd branch with its T-intersection. I love this house and want to remember everything about it, so today my watercolor journal has an actual journal entry instead of just something I felt like painting for a challenge.

Now I'm off to do something with my oil pastels so that I can write another site page. I'd like to get back in the rhythm of a daily page for http://www.explore-oil-pastels-with-robert-sloan.com and maybe, weather permitting, I'll succeed.
