Am i the only one on this planet that thinks kiera knightly is the hottest woman alive? I like to think so, less competition and all. Ohh my god, the face of an angel. I love women so much, god bless them. Soon my quest for the all-perfect body will be complete, and all the hotties will be mine, ALL MINE!!! MUHAHAHAHAHAA!!! Thats the plan anyhoo. "Anyhoo", i sound like an asswipe, or at least what i think an asswipe would sound like. Weight training is progressing slowly but steadily. The hardest thing with trying to acheive a long term goal, or any goal really, is to fight of self-destructive attitudes like saying, its taking so long so fuck it, or something similar, im almost afraid of these thoughts coming to me, because i just want this quest to be sucessful so bad, ohh so bad. Turns out I'm my biggest threat, hmm.
In other news, i went out to the movies with nick and ciaran last night, and felt really privaliged to have such great guys as my friends, i really am damn luck when i think about it, good friends, loving family, what more could a guy want.........ROCK HARD ABS!!! YEAH!!!!!
