I bought a veggie at the local Korean market which was labeled "Korean Got". It is has long reddish leaves sort of like chard, but tastes like very strong mustard greens.
Now trying to search for Korean Got on Google produces an awful lot of hits about whether Korea has got the bomb, but no hits for vegetables.
Yet another failure of search engines to understand synonyms and context (and yes I tried adding terms like vegetable).
Meanwhile, I suppose we'll just steam it, but it so strong tasting that it can only be used sparingly, at least by non-Koreans.
The fresh water chestnuts were a much bigger success. Sweet and crunchy.
