(no subject)
Ugh... this summer is turning out to be incredibly boring... My internship fell through, my teaching gig only lasted a week and is through, I completely pissed off my friends, I think I may have sophicated (sp?) my other ones by always trying to hang out, this R.A. thing is really starting to suck, and my 1 summer class doesn't start till July...
On the up side, my running is getting better. I ran about 2.5 to 3 miles today. I ran from Hixson through 5 points, around past RubyTue to Highlands Ave and followed that until it turned into Highlands Ct. Then I turned around and ran back... my legs were killing me, but my lungs felt great! Hurray for quitting smoking!
I'm actually dreading the weekend... Saturday I'm on call (Stephanie was suppose to be, but someone in her family died) and no one else offered to help her out. Since I didn't really have any plans anyway, I offered to cover for her... I'm also working her hours... so that means I'm working from Noon untill 2:00a.m. No that was not a mistake, that is 14 hours. I was originally working from 12-5 and she was going to work from 5-12 and 12-2 wasn't covered, but since I don't have anything to do really... and I'm getting everything taken care of that I need to get taken care this week, I might as well earn some mulah.
I can't wait to go home next week and see my niece, Tiffany! I haven't seen her in about 2 1/2 months and she's turning 1 next month! UGH! Time flies! Anyway, I get to see mom, dad, katherine, and mum (hopefully -- mum is shanna's mom if you didn't know that), shanna, and erin too! YES!
Ok, I'm about to pass out... that run wore me out earlier...
I hope everyone going has a safe fun time at Six Flags this weekend.
