Up and out... not down..never down...
Ok, this last weekend we played in Erlangen. It's a university town.It was something else. 750 people, plus guest list. Skins, rude boys, hippies, and only one fight. And it was the preppy who started it with the skinhead. Later on, 'Rudy' the skin and I had a conversation about how Arnold Schwarrzenneger was really making Austria look bad because of the death penalty there. He thought the death penalty is totally immoral. On the Thursday prior we had played in Munich at an HIV benefit. That was interesting. The promoter asked us to change "Three Condoms" to "Free Condoms" which we did. The crowd liked it. I even freestyled the verses and sang about HIV and prevention instead of the regular plot of the song. The germans probably didn't notice, but the Band did. We co-incidentally had more stagediving at this show than ever. Alot of them were really pretty girls, someone should have instructed them that you dive up and out and not down though.
