These pieces were made by Maize and Moco. They are a pair of artists working on Artwork for the Abney Park RPG: Airship Pirates. The people Neobedouins are featured in the song, Neobedouin, from Abney Parks album, The End Of Days.
In the game Airship Pirates, and in the novel The Wrath Of Fate, these people are a nomadic wandering tribe, in make shift caravans. Wandering around the parries and deserts of the American Wasteland.
