My updated weekly exercise routine:

Monday (during school term only due to practicality issues): 45min - 1 hour swim
Tuesday: 45 min walk to work and maybe a 45min walk home as well.
Wednesday: same as Monday - 45min swim
Thursday: netball
Friday: walk to work and maybe walk home.

A friend of mine from work lives only 4kms away from work, so on Tuesdays and Fridays (weather permitting) i'll park my car at her place and we'll walk to work together. If we have energy in the afternoon and the weather is ok, we'll walk home as well.

Last Thursday was my last belly dance class for this term. I'm ready to leave beginners class and go up to intermediate level now! The place where i've been learning belly dance only offers this form of dance on Thursday nights which is a bit disappointing (the time clashes with my netball game).

Edit: I've just looked up on the net and found that I can continue with my dancing on Wednesday nights at another centre near home - yay!
