What should I weah to the theatah, darlings?
I'm going to see A Christmas Carol (music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Lynn Ahrens of Schoolhouse Rock fame) at Alabama Shakespeare Festival tonight.
I'm thinking of wearing my red silk shirt, black 501s, boots and my santa hat. The only problem with the shirt is that I've put on some girth and the placket has started to gap a bit. Alternative shirt would be a red pique-knit polo shirt. The problem with it is that a cat claw picked a hole in the chest that I would have to darn. Should I wear my pointy-toed cowboy boots or my square-toed harness boots?
