I haven’t had much time to update you in a few weeks, but the bike project is coming along.
I found basically a whole front end out of San Diego and I just had it shipped to me. It should be here by Friday for some weekend fun. I surprised me how quickly it’s going to get here. Here are some shots of the bike waiting for the fork transplant. It’s the world’s fastest unicycle right now.

Don't mind the junk food in the background from our work.
Love our brake hanging zip ties? LOL

Here is the other side. You can notice the small oil leak on the cardboard, I'm going to have the Suzuki shop do the work on this part, Scott and I figure that will need to take off that water pump you see, and the clutch connection just behind it. It's worth my money to let others handle that pain in the ass.
While it's in for that work I'm going to have them replace the chain, this one has seen better days.

Here is the back for the front light and the faring that holds it. As you can see, when the bike was dropped there was damage done to the light housing. I ordered a new one, it wasn’t cheep! ^^;

Next steps:
-This weekend Theresa and I will take our first crack at painting the plastics. Still working to do the flat black stealth fighter look on it.
-Take off the rear tire, get it power coated black and wrap it and the front rim in new rubber.
-Get new air filter, change the oil, and replace the brake pads front and back.
-Clean the engine and body
-Assemble and take for test run.
