(no subject)
So today was my first day of classes back at USF. My first class at 9 am is Gen Chem 1. The Dr., he made it clear not to call him anything else, is from Austrailia and very firm in his ways he runs the class. He seems like he'll be a cool professor. Hopefully he does what he says he will and do many demonstrations. My second class is Geology. It should rock the block...(sarcasm). Then my Music in my Life class should be a yawn even though it is a 3000 level course. Then there is my Environmental Policy class. We get to do tons of class discussions about different topics like alternate forms of energy, nuclear energy, pollution, and how we can stop it through policies set up by governments. Finally, I have a geology and chemistry labs. And did I mention that parking is a nightmare?!?!?!
I have also gotten 2 new roommates. They are, so far, 100 times better than my last roommate. They're from Bradenton, which is 45 minutes south of Tampa, and friends from high school. They like computer and video games, and they like to hang out with their friends just like we do when we're all home. They do smoke stuff, but I dont really care aslong as it doesnt become an everyday occurance.
