It's Friday Again
Time seems to be flying by. It's like just today I was eating lunch at Coco's with Jen after she dropped off her car at the honda dealer for oil change and detailing, but that was a whole friggin week ago. On the upside, things are getting done in preparation for the big Spain trip. got my passport copied and just have to fax it to the new paltz study abroad office (which is a house). have my physical tomorrow which should be fun. lots of fun. get to see andy and dad in si after that for some yummy king buffet. got stuff at walmart for the spain trip with the giftcard i got for my bday and also got a new bass guitar (5 string this time) which rocks (and no, i didn't get it at walmart). haven't been to new paltz since school got out, which is weird, but i will get over there at some point before the fall semestre starts up again. saw someone i hadn't spoken to in years and wanted to talk to but didn't. hit up b&n a few times so far, but i don't enjoy it quite as much as i used to. doesn't help they had to change around all the drinks. get to see tim down in virginia next weekend. hopefully, matt will come with me so i don't have to drive down there all alone...hit up a few new places for a change. paid hommage to the new ruby tuesday a few times, but they sorta suck. hit up matt and jerry's summer home on forest drive a few times, but they're usually not home til like 10 and then don't stay up all night like i do...conan's been keeping me laughing and mcdo's seen me a few times. played a couple of gigs with pleasant valley steve's band (which consists on matt on drums, steve on guitar and me on bass). car's been doing ok. hard to sip the gas when the heat and humidity force me to run the ac and i find myself running up to 6k rpms without thinking about it. been online a lot, especially at night, which is fun, but i need some new sites to look at (not talking porn here). work's been ok. making money is good. stream of consciousness is getting old. andy's tape is still stuck in my pos tape player and i still wish i got another accord instead of a civic.
