All Purpose Update
The kitten is hanging around more. He'll go out for a few hours, but definitely likes his house. Just tonight, Halo was telling me he was hungry, and when I fed him, the kitten came along, had a few bites of Halo's food, then walked all around and under Halo with his tail up brushing against the dog. Halo loves the interaction and was smiling broadly, then he also ate a few bites.
