late late night
well nothing to discuss at all really, today i woke up and went and worked out with chuck and rod then came home cleane dmyself up and napped for awhile then just sat around watched some tv then rodney and chcukc ame and picked me up and we went and rented without a paddle, great movie i must say. I believe this weekend me chuck and rodney are headin up to central on saturday for the night just because it would be fun to leave this umm city, chuck and me have been talkin about fighting this summer and we wanan start trainning just as hard and get more in shape so thats goin on to, i have been written alot still also thats going smooth but im heading to bed.
