I suppose now is a good time to update
my first update in about 5 months, what a change of pace. anyway I
figure I might as well update every now and then. I guess thrice a week
will suffice since I am only at a computer every monday, thursday
and saturday. Not much has really changed for me anyway. I am
still sex free since 11-23-03 NEVER FORGET the spring semester went by
pretty fast and thank god it is over with. doing 19hrs plus 30 hours of
work was pretty tough, but I managed to make the deans list yet again
8-) I did a lot better in a couple classes than I thought I did, albeit
that goddamn walking class. I got a fucking B in that class and I even
did 15 points worth of extra credit. how embarassing, but my GPA was
high enough to push me to graduate with honors this december. thats
right, I will be graduating this december after 5 marvelous years, well
four really, but if you want to be technical I did it in 3. I am proud
of myself, but I am coming to the point where I am asking myself, "what
next?" I will be getting my license back and stuff in december as well,
I plan on having a car before december, possibly invest in one during
the fall months and purchase a car via ebay in november. cause once I
am done with school , I am out of a job and I'll need to pay rent and
shit PLUS i'd like to drive again after 4 long years of not being able
to drive, oh the joy. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
I've got a new girl in my life, her name is rebecca, we met a few
months back, but really didn't talk much except for parties and stuff
whenever daniel would invite her and her friend over. I do however
remember the first time I saw her. I had just moved into daniel and
zack's place and they were having a party, I believe this was in March
because it was after I went to New Orleans. I remember sitting on the
couch and they had just came over and I thought to myself, "wow, she
really is beautiful." I don't think we talked at all that night, but I
remember I had my eye on her from the moment I saw her. The next
time I saw her was one night after the Yes No Maybe record release
party, amy, buck and I were pretty wasted and the party was over early
so we decided to go bowling with the rafferty's gang and I called
Daniel to see if he wanted to go, I had to go home and get some socks
cause I was in flip flops :o when I had gotten home she was there with
her friend Mackenzie. We all went bowling. I was pretty drunk so I
don't remember much of the night, but I do remember being a flirty
asshole with her. When I drink I can be an ass :( but I digress, some
time during the next week Daniel had told me that Becca was interested
in me and wanted to get to know me better. I didn't think much of it. I
was flattered of course, but I was still enjoying the luxuries of
single life. We hung out a few more times, bowling and at parties, I of
course was drunk each time and don't remember talking to her but daniel
always would tell me that we'd talk forever during the night. The one
night I was actually not drunk I asked her if she wanted to go to music
fest in May with me and she was like, OK. So that was the next time I
saw her. Which was just a month ago, the 30 will be one month. We were
together the entire weekend and things were slowly progressing between
the two of us. I could really feel the chemistry on Saturday when it
was all raining and we were all alone watching Fuel. Come sunday I had
the nerve to grab her hand and hold it. God it felt so good and right
at the same time. We spent the whole next week together hanging out and
getting to know each other little by little, we still are and it's
going great. She could finally be the LTR I've been looking for. =)
BUTTTTTT other than that summer is pretty shitty. I'm taking
pre-session spanish which is 15hrs a week. 3hrs a day 5 days a week.
its pretty shitty, but OK all at the same time. Really all we do is
talk for 3hrs and some days we go to the language lab and watch a
movie. we have our first exam tomorrow and our final next friday. thank
god pre-session is only 14 days long. I'd really shoot myself if I had
to extend spanish for a entire session. I am sick of it. I'm working
overnights thrice a week which is OK, but crappy on the days I have
school. I've already missed 2 days because I get 2,2 tired to go to
school, but I can't miss anymore because I have exams on the next 2
fridays. I'll be OK once pre-session is OV. Amy, Daniel and I are
moving out. Amy and I found a nice little house on Park, the lady
seemed pretty enthusasitic about renting it to us. We drove by it today
and she said she'd call me back and let me know when we could come by
and look at it since there are already 2 dudes in it right now. Other
than that we found an apartment complex down the road from where I am
now which rents for 655 for 3 bedrooms, but I'd really rather have a
house. well I suppose I'll cut it short (LOL) adios
