Out Out
Oct 11 in the U.S.A. is "National Coming Out" day. GLAAD or Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation came up with National Coming Out Day so that those who have trepidation on being openly gay can know that they are not alone by seeing others who 'came out.'
Having been pretty darn open about my queerness for ages it's no big deal that others know. I'm actually delighted that former workmates, the non gay ones 'liked' my Facebook post about Still Gay.
I remain open about being queer as a small example of it's OK to be open
