I had a dream that vinylroad uploaded the perfect Clint Mansell song for my fanmix, and then we had an excited conversation about music on the bus. I had trouble remembering the name of the song whenever I tried to bring it up with her, but mostly, we geeked out about scores and soundtracks and composers and the like

AHAHHA CATS. My gerbils I swear also have a conspiracy against me sleeping, or leaving the house, really. Every time I get up to leave they wake up and start begging for attention and squealing, which makes it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to walk away. (Button eyes!) They seem to understand sleep a little, but like when I go to class the Dickensian vapors they put themselves through the second I walk in the door, my god. And I've asked my parents, they SLEEP the entire time I'm out, but I come home and they start running in circles chirping and begging for food and cuddles like I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO MISERABLE IN MY LIFE OH MY STARS AND TINY FUZZY GARTERS THE GERBIL-MANITY MAMA MAMA MAMA I AM SO DESOLATE.

GERBILS HAVE USED GUILT TRIP! IT IS SUPER EFFECTIVE.

Also I always thought Mssr. Bell was cute in a sort of "that's nice" way until I saw pictures of him smiling. GOOD GOD, WHY ARE ALL PICTURES OF HIM NOT PICTURES OF HIM SMILING. THAT THING SHOULD BE CLASSIFIED AS A LETHAL WEAPON. I literally made an EEEEEE noise out loud, clapped my hands to my mouth, and tried desperately not to give into my urge to, like, feed my computer screen cookies.

AHAHAH, THE GERBILS HAVE MASTERED THE GUILT TRIP. They'll probably take over whatever parts of the world the cats haven't enslaved. I WELCOME THE GERBIL OVERLORDS, FOR REALS.

Sigh, Jamie Bell. I went from "He's cute, but wayyyyy too young" to "JFC, GET IN MY PANTS." I blame the smile and the glasses. It's... startling, to say the least.
