This was so ridiculously hot. I love Christine and her sass and her fierceness and how all of them are so in tune with each other even though they're all pretty private people. And did I mention it was hot? Because it was. Damn. I was surprised by how much I liked the Kirk/Chapel aspect, because usually it's all about McCoy and Kirk or McCoy and Chapel with the third thrown in. Kirk and Chapel's rapport was hilarious, though -- the pool part had me in fits.

Thank you so much for your lovely words! And when I started writing it, I thought it was going to be McCoy/Chapel, Kirk/McCoy as well, but surprisingly, it turned into the Kirk/Chapel comedy routine, which pleased me. :D

Well, I read it, and I LOVED IT. It has just the right amount of humor and the right amount of emotion.
