Conversations With My Family.

Sister: "Being a vegetarian is just as expensive as being a carnivore, you know."
Me: "Yeah, we once bought all veggies, and our grocery bill was as much as when we bought meat."
Mother: "Yeah, but you guys buy bionic vegetables."
Sister: "Bionic?"
Me: "You mean organic?"
Mother: "...yes, I meant that."
Me: "We're not having the Six Million Dollar Man in our salad, Mom!"

Sister: "Ber and I used to play this game in high school called 'Guess Their Future'."
Me: "How did you play it?"
Sister: "Well, you'd point at each student in your grade and try to guess their future."
Me: "Oh. So what were their futures?"
Sister: "Pregnant! Pregnant! Nothing! Nobody!"
Me: *cries with laughter*

Brother: "You are the worst lesbian ever, Mrs. I Love Ryan Reynolds."
Me: "Hey, at least I didn't buy Cry_Wolf for Jared Padalecki! Right? Right? That has to count for SOMETHING... shut up or I'll punch you in the face."

Dad: "These are my daughters, the bad pennies."

I have so missed my family that I really can't put it into words. We still have our problems, but I wouldn't want any other family in the world.
