you are sometimes so alive. you are a brief infinity in my life. at the strangest moments i feel your glance and realize that everything i do happens in a way that would have happened just a little bit differently if not for you. because of you i locked onto a very mystical and profound energy which I only seldomly feel and describe. a contentness with the universe, fearless of death, driven by love. absorbed by nostalgia, a long ways away. it was because of you i first understood what it is to be fearless, and it is because of what happened to you, that i am more often than not scared of my own fucking shadow.
