So Madison's Strong Man is June 7th I expect to see everyone there cheering me on. OK. No but anyone is invited that wants to come. Its at Beautiful Olbrich Park and starts at 10 am. I will be competing in
TIRE FLIP: A tire weighs about 600 pounds it's about 5'-0" diameter. You must flip it end for end for a distance of approximately 75 feet. If you don't finish in the allotted time (approximately 3 minutes) we measure the distance you completed and you are given credit for that distance.

STONE LIFT: Five atlas stones lifted on to 55 gallon drum.

SLED PULL: The sleds carry about 550 pounds. You must pull them for approximately 75 feet. If you don't finish in the allotted time (approximately 3 minutes) we measure the distance you completed and you are given credit for that distance.

FARMERS WALK: The milk cans have concrete in the bottom, they each weigh about 165 pounds. You must carry them approximately 75 feet down and back, a total of 150 feet. If you don't finish in the allotted time (approximately 3 minutes) we measure the distance you completed and you are given credit for that distance. (Bring gloves for this event!)

LOG LIFT: It is a steel log. The lift is a one rep max. We progressively increase the weight, you get three attempts to clean and press the log. You can use any technique you want during the lift, as long as you get the thing over your head and lock out arms.
