Ok, here's some background if anyone else ever reads this.
I'm 27 years old, I live in Roanoke with my girlfriend, whom I love and I work two jobs, which I do not love.
My back hurts, I'm depressed and I want that to change.
This journal is where I'm chronicling the changes.
I've been at work for hours today, but I've done nothing at all, I'm going to do a couple hours of work then go to the gym before my second job.
Goals for today:
Get 1.5 hours of work done.
Go to gym
Go to bed on time (11:30) so I can spend some time with my girlfriend and wake up early so I can come into work early to make up for leaving early today.
Do not eat any sugar (except for fruit)
Call my NA sponsor.
Wish me luck
Goals for tommorow:
Eat breakfast, even if its just fruit and coffee
Go for a walk- even if only 15-30 minutes
Get to work by nine
work hard but don't feel stressed
