Day ?

Its been a few days since my last entry. I'm doing ok. I have a new NA sponsor, and I think this one will be really good for me. I've been eating ok. I had popcorn shrimp Saturday night, and pizza tonight, but I'm eating lots of fruits and veggies too. I think I went into ketosis at the gym today.

As for reaching long term goals, I haven't done much this evening, and should work on them tommorow. I did realize I should pitch marketing ideas to one of my old profs who has a company. That was at a meeting, so it was clearly my higher power helping me. But its going to take way more work than little revelations to get any independent income in the next year.

As for daily goals that don't make me feel good, but I need to do, like cleaning, I've been pretty poor on, and I've been drinking caffiene too late in the day. I really want to get off caffiene.

I have been showering, shaving flossing and rinsing every night, I want to move that to the mornings though.

Goals for tomorrow:
1) ask Dr. Jorgensen about aneuploidy
2) Get work done at work: finish the tile project, make headway on the market research
3) Look up my marketing idea, make sure its new
4)Get a little excercise in the morning
5)Get some work done on med school aps.
