(no subject)
So today is turning out to be really nice outside. Already barbecuing in the yard..
The weekend was cool, got to see 300 twice, and Black Snake Moan, which was another really good movie. It's good to see a movie as brutal as 300 being released. It's a breathe of fresh air from the shitty cgi cartoons and bad horror remakes. 117 minutes of pure glory..
I tried the Blazin' sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings...it was good, but I paid for it the next day. Alisha was nice enough to help me out with that...
Other things that have been going on recently:
-School has been kinda meh in recent weeks, math in particular. Need to keep studying hardcore if I want to advance..
-The car trade has slowed down since I got rid of my Sentra. I still have a 98 Prizm sitting in my garage that hasn't gotten many calls. I'm in no hurry though..
-I felt it was necessary to get a little upgrade to the 15 watt Crate amp I got from Kade two christmases ago. Trying to play over Alisha's drums ended up sounding like a series of farts from the little practice amps.

It seems like a little overkill for just messing around in my room, but I won't really ever have to upgrade again unless I get really talented and start playing huge venues.
Anywho, that's about all that's been going on. Sounds like there's something going on at state this weekend, so I'm looking forward to that.
