1. This is actually a very good question. I don't know that I'd call it pride, but I definitely do have a certain fascination with the act of defecation, on a humourous level. I dunno... I've maintained for a while that nothing unites people like the shared appreciation of a really good shit, and it's kinda true. No matter your gender, age, religion, creed, politics, orientation or what-have-you... everybody poops. And I'm pretty sure everyone knows what it's like to grunt and strain and launch a little personal torpedo. There's a level of relief and satisfaction there that everyone can identify with. It's a crass, earthy and humble function that unites us as human beings, and as mammals.
And hey, if you abuse your intestines like I do, you probably also know what it's like to sit on a toilet, praying for death and bargaining with God that you'll never eat a whole deep dish pizza in one day again, if only He'll release you from your unending embarassment and suffering...

2. Also a good question! Jeez, mine sucked...
Ok, for movies: Shaolin Soccer (because I've seen it 50 times and I could watch it 50 more, easy), Fight Club and Waking Life.
Books: The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, The Princess Bride and Bone: The Complete Series.
Albums: don't really know.. I haven't bought and/or fallen in love with an album in a long, long time... but I'd have to say Crank by the Barstool Prophets, Metallica's Black Album, and Day for Night by the Tragically Hip.
Video games: Again, a tough one... but for sheer longevity and variety I'd say GTA: San Andreas, Final Fantasy Anthology and Capcom Vs SNK 2.

4. That depends. Is there a functional difference between AmeriCanadians and CanAmericans? Because you are my favourite of the former. :^)
