And the lightening strikes, the moment hangs in the air until the explosion of thunder rattles the bones of the Earth...
It has been a very long time since I last wrote here. I had quite forgot about this Journal.
It is over a year later, and our wee boy isn't so wee anymore - now a strapping 18 and a half months. Much has happened, of course, and it would take me quite a while to write it all down...
Some bits now...
We are well established in our house, with the rooms pretty much painted and decorated as I want them. I am slowly working on the massive yard - pruning, planting, digging, etc.
I went back to work after my mat leave, and promptly quit after a month. Don't worry - it was planned. I am now a Stay-At-Home-Mom. Our small home business is also active, and I am the main one running it.
What else...
Oh! I am taking my 1st degree at the Correllian Witch School . It's really good so far - I'm about half way through. I am also taking other courses that the School has to offer, such as The Witch's Holidays, Intro to Palmistry, Intro to Scrying, History of Ancient Sumeria, and others.
It is now just past the Winter Solstice, or Yule, and almost Christmas. We had cold weather earlier this month, as well as snow, but now it's all about the rain. Tonight we had some lightening and thunder (very rare here) that felt like the Earth was cracking in half. It was scary.
