Lately I've been doing more and more fitness stuff.

Aqua aerobics twice a week
Exercise bike at home for 5km, (about 15 mins, sometimes half an hour)
Powerwalking with Dad once, sometimes twice a week
'Body Combat' at the gym. Punching, kicking, jabbing, hook, uppercut, roudhouse, shuffling, sit up and running session for an hour. Pretty damn good. The sequences can get fast and a bit hard but it's lots of fun. That was my first time tonight, my friend Tash came with me so we had a few laughs...then at 7.30 (straight after combat) I had aqua aerobics.

Yesterday I tried 'RPM'....It was so hard. Constant excerise biking at the gym, adjusting resitance, standing, sitting, racing etc. I was so sore afterwards.

The point is... at least I'm doing something about my weight, not that it's that bad...I'm starting to feel better about myself. I remember I had an entry here going on about how depressed I was and how I had a bout of depressmo crying because I was so pissed off and uncomfortable about myself....I'm getting there :)
