Sunday!
Wow. I was trying to figure out why I'm so drowsy, but I guess I did quite a bit today! I got up, made breakfast, cleaned the kitchen, made bread (which was kind of terrible, but tasted okay with Nutella on it), cleaned the kitchen again, cleaned house (which took almost no time at all--yay small house), took the dogs for a longish walk, did some work-work, vegged, then made dinner. Oh, and unpacked a bit in there somewhere.
Dinner was a roasted pork tenderloin, and it was fabulous. I'm resisting the urge to go eat the rest of it RIGHT NOW. :) Today was not without casualties, though: I managed to slice my thumb slicing bread, and singed my right hand pretty good on my cast iron skillet and meat thermometer. Not the swiftest of moves, really.
Something tells me I'll be going to bed early tonight. :) I didn't manage to make the cookies or fudge I wanted to make--but maybe tomorrow night. The beagle is snoring, and it's contagious.
