Summary/Notes: For Candice's party, Lucian and Cynthia decide to go shopping.

Cynthia returned her pokemon back in to the ball upon reaching Veilstone City. Walking around, she saw Maylene's gym; however, the champion wasn't here to visit the gym leader. Instead, she was supposed to be meeting Lucian, who informed her of a 'shopping trip' in time for Candice's party.
Finally reaching the stairs that leads her to the pokemon center and the Veilstone Department store, she looked around for a man in lavender hair. She expected him to get here earlier than she would; where was he? Cynthia continued to walk, until she reached the front of the building. Still, Lucian was no where to be seen.
