Location: Vermillion City / Power Plant and surrounding routes
Warnings: Well duh, it's Surge. It automatically gets a warning no matter what you do and major unresolved sexual tension hurr.
Summary/Notes: Elesa's on the hunt for some Electric Pokemon during her first trip out of Unova to Kanto. But Surge is on her tail, after an encounter at Vermillion.
She stood outside the Power Plant, one of her Emolga by her side. Elesa didn't really want to rush out to the Power Plant this early, but she could not stand being close to that hulking machismo soldier that was Lieutenant Surge.
Yes, she wanted to get to know him better because he was a fellow electric user and he had a Raichu. But at the same time, he seemed very shallow and unable to see past her physical features. Elesa, of Nimbasa City, acclaimed Electric user was forced to play cat and mouse. Being a gym leader was tough, especially if your skills aren't recognised.
That aside though, her first trip to Kanto could have been worse. She managed to get to the Power Plant on her own with the help of her PNG. A few Cuts from Emolga managed to make life a lot easier for her and now she stood in front of the abandoned Power Plant.
Part of it was running and churning out power, but the other half was still left abandoned and outgrown.
And it was sectioned off by a fence, needing a key. Which she didn't have.
"Shit." she murmured, holding the lock carefully in one hand. "I need a key for this. Never thought I'd need that. I would have assumed this was more... out in the open considering it's location. Or perhaps my perception of this area was flawed."
